The organizing team of THEAGENIOS ULTRA RUNNING announces the 6th 100km race. and at the same time the 3rd race of 20 km. The start of the 100km race. will be given on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. in the welcoming area of the AEOLIS THASSOS PALACE Hotel, which will host the entire event in Astris Thassos and is the main sponsor of the event. The 20 km race. will start from Skala Marion heading towards Astris at the finish area of the long 100km race. The start will take place at 13:00 noon on Saturday, May 6.
COURSE 100 km.
1. GENERAL: The race route of 100 kilometers is essentially the absolute perimeter crossing of the island and for this reason there is also a distance of 11 kilometers which is a dirt road, at the cape of Saliara, between Chrisi Ammoudia and Limenas. This cape has bays and small beaches of unique beauty and is worth every kilometer. It unfolds its longest length by the sea making it very attractive, which is very important in such long distances where boredom is part of the overall burden. Along it there will be supply and control points, 18 in total at a distance of 5 to 7 kilometers between them. The route is particularly demanding and with a high degree of difficulty, as the positive elevation gain is approximately 1400m. and coupled with the 15 hour block time limit makes the whole endeavor even more difficult.
2. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: Anyone over the age of 18, who has recently undergone the necessary medical examinations to verify that they are in good health, can participate in the race.

ROUTE 20 km.
1. GENERAL: This is clearly a shorter route, to be precise, the last 20 kilometers of the route of THEAGENIOS ULTRA RUNNING , giving the participants the opportunity to enjoy the unique beauty of the route with an endless view of the blue Aegean. The race will start from Skala Marion, at 13:00 noon on Saturday, May 6. Valid termination time limit is 4 hours. There will be 2 power points. Athletes will be transported, if necessary, by the organization's bus.
2. PHILOSOPHY: This race is an introduction to the route of Theageni Road and is aimed at those who have a similar physical condition
3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: Anyone over the age of 18, who has recently undergone the necessary medical examinations to verify that they are in good health, can participate in the race.

NOTE: The aforementioned prices of the participation packages with accommodation only concern the accommodation of the registered athletes, for the accommodation as far as the type of rooms, but also the overnight prices of the companions, those interested should contact the hotel directly with the following ways. START OF REGISTRATIONS: Registrations will start on February 5, 2023 and will last until March 31, 2022. During this period, the final registration of an athlete is considered the paid participation, the rest are pre-registrations until the payment of the corresponding fee. After March 31, 2023, all unpaid pre-registrations are considered void unless the organization decides otherwise.
